2. Medical, Health, and Efficacy Disclaimer

CloudRest designs products intended to optimise sleep comfort. All information provided on this website, including product descriptions, editorial content, and customer reviews, is strictly for general informational purposes only.

CloudRest products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to insomnia, sleep apnea, chronic neck pain, or spinal misalignment. Use of these products is undertaken entirely at your own risk. If you experience negative symptoms, allergic reactions, or persistent pain, please cease use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. CloudRest disclaims all liability for personal injury, exacerbation of pre-existing health conditions, or failure to achieve specific medical outcomes resulting from product use.

3. Pricing, Promotions, and Urgency Mechanics

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. CloudRest reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Countdown Timers and Promotional Offers

CloudRest periodically runs promotional campaigns featuring countdown timers, free gift with purchase offers, or limited stock indicators. In accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and international fair trading standards, these mechanics reflect genuine promotional periods and actual stock availability. If a technical error, browser caching issue, or network disruption causes a timer or stock indicator to display incorrectly, CloudRest reserves the right to honour, modify, or cancel orders placed under the affected promotion.

Free Gift Conditions

Where a promotion includes a complimentary gift, the gift is linked to the qualifying purchase. If the qualifying item is returned under the Change of Mind policy, the free gift must also be returned unused and in its original sealed condition. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Order Acceptance, Modification, and Cancellation

Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it is immediately routed to our fulfilment network for processing and dispatch.

Cancellation requests may only be accommodated before a shipping confirmation has been issued. Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be altered or cancelled. Customers wishing to reverse a purchase after dispatch must follow the Returns and Refunds Policy upon receiving the item.

CloudRest reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders flagged by fraud prevention systems or orders destined for jurisdictions where the product may be subject to trade or import restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudRest and its fulfilment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

Where orders are fulfilled through international partners, customer data including name, address, and order details may be transmitted to overseas fulfilment facilities solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. By placing an order, you consent to this transfer. For customers in New Zealand, data handling also complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
