Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 15 days across Australia and New Zealand. If you need your sleep items sooner, express shipping takes just 5 to 7 days.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping (7–15 days) on all qualifying orders across AU and NZ. Express shipping options (5–7 days) are also available at checkout if you'd like faster delivery.
Once your items leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with a direct tracking link so you can follow your parcel's progress through both standard (7–15 days) and express (5–7 days) shipping.
Yes, we ship directly to standard residential addresses, commercial offices, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 15 days for standard delivery (or 7 days for express), reach out to our customer care team with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier for you.
