Shipping Policy
At Cloudrest, we want your experience to be as smooth and comfortable as our pillows. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, and as soon as it ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, your order will typically arrive within:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery windows can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We're pleased to offer free tracked shipping on every order, no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your Cloudrest is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a little time after dispatch for the tracking information to update as your parcel begins its journey.
Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasional delays can happen, particularly during busy periods or due to customs. If your order seems significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@shopcloudrest.com and we'll gladly look into it for you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've shipped, and we can't be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
